All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days, after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders are then dispatched within 2-7 business days after confirmation email is received.

REFUND POLICY
Crystallum Crystals do not accept returns, refunds, or change of mind, unless under special circumstances, which will be handled case by case. Packages damaged or lost due to couriers are not our responsibility, and will not be refunded by us.
Weekly Live Sales:
Crystallum Crystals has weekly live sales on TikTok (@crystallumcrystals) every Tuesday at 6:30pm Melbourne time, come and check it out its always a lot of fun!
Live Sale Rules:
1. $10 deposits need to be made either before the live sale starts, or during the live sale after your first successful claim. This is done through the website, just add live sale deposit to your cart and select 'open box' for shipping (so you don.t pay shipping with the deposit) These $10 deposits are then taken off your live sale total, however failure to pay on time will result in the $10 deposit taken and not refunded.
2. Payment to be done within 48 hours of listings going up on website.
3. Claiming items during the live sale is commenting to payment withing 48 hours.
4. fail to make payment within the 48 hours, will result in blocking from future live sale purchases, and will be reported to a non-payers page for other businesses to see.
5. keep track of your own spending, we do not add box totals up during the live sale.
6. if you want an item you have claimed to be put back, this has to be done during the live sale, once the live sale is finished we do not allow put backs.
7. you must type the word 'claim', 'take', 'mine', or an emoji in front of the claim number when claiming an item on the live sale, failure to do so the item will go to the next person who claimed it.
8. payment options are, Afterpay, Paypal, Laybuy, Klarna and all card payments available through the website, we DO NOT accept payment plans.
9. we do allow open boxes for our live sales, when paying for your live sale, and want an open box please select 'open box' at shipping. However open boxes are only to be kept open for 2 lives sale in a row, then shipping payment will be asked for.
